Thank you for your interest in enrolling in courses at John Carroll University as a non-degree earning student.

Visiting student registration begins once Priority Registration has ended for all John Carroll University students. If you have already earned an undergraduate degree and wish to register for either graduate or undergraduate (post-baccalaureate) level courses, please complete our Graduate Application, not this form.

Please select the enrollment option that best defines your UNDERGRADUATE student-type:

Visiting Undergraduate Student: Students who are enrolled at another college or university and who intend to return to that institution as their parent institution are considered 'Visiting Students'.

Non-degree Seeking Student: Students who have graduated from high school but have not earned a Bachelor’s degree, and who do not wish to take courses to apply to an undergraduate program are considered 'Non-degree seeking' students.

Visiting High School Student: Students who are enrolled in high school and who have not yet been awarded a high school diploma and wish to enroll in limited courses, but not a degree-seeking program, are considered 'Visiting Students'.

After registration is confirmed, your student account (billing) statement will be emailed to your new John Carroll University email account with payment instructions and deadlines. Information on how to access your JCU email and student account will be sent to the email you provided above.

If you wish to make any changes to your course registration after you receive confirmation of registration - including adding, dropping or changing existing registration - email enrollment@jcu.edu. Please do not submit a second registration form for the same term! After submitting this form, all changes should be communicated to enrollment@jcu.edu.

Please note: as a visiting or non-degree seeking student, no financial aid is available and you are therefore responsible for 100% of the full tuition charges for each course ($1675/credit hour for fall or spring semester courses; $835 per credit hour for summer courses).
